TACInsight Emulator

If upgrading from v1.0.19 or below, backup settings, perform a full uninstall, remove the Program Files directory, and install v1.0.20 or higher. Settings can then be reloaded. This is required due to the service naming changes. Old databases will not work (< 1.0.20). You must export/import settings to restore old devices.
